He urged officials to behave politely with commuters and to facilitate them while also strictly enforcing rules and regulations.
The department has maintained the highest achievements with all the available resources; prompt assistance is a trademark of the
department, the inspector general said.
He asked officers to produce the best possible results with the available resources, adding that the best results can be achieved through scientific approaches.
NHMP will continue organising such ceremonies for the children of officials in order to boost their morale. These events will also help in recognising the efforts parents make for their children’s education, he maintained.
NHMP Sheikhupura Commandant Training College DIG Mehboob Aslam appreciated the efforts of the inspector general in organising the event, adding that the ceremony was a first in the department’s history.

He maintained that the inspector general had put a number of measures in place for the welfare of the force.
This includes signing a memorandum of understanding with the Punjab Group of Colleges for educating the children of martyred officials, an on-the-job training initiative and paramedical training of employees to provide first aid to commuters in road traffic accidents.
