BMM Labour Wing and civil society members demand arrest of killers

The Balochistan Muttahida Mahaz (BMM) and the civil society members on Sunday demanded of the government to arrest the culprits involved in the killing of six labourers in Kharan district last Friday and put an end to this menace once and for all.
They made the demand during a protest held in front of the Quetta Press Club.
Six labourers shot dead in Balochistan
BMM Labour Wing leaders said, “Poor labourers hailing from Punjab are being murdered in numerous parts of Balochistan by terrorist outfits. Such incidents deserve to be condemned,”
According to details, unidentified armed men killed six labors in Lijjay mountainous area of Kharan city on May 4 while they were busy in installation of a telecommunication tower.
BMM Labour Wing President Sultan Muhammad said, “Poor labourers from Punjab often visit Balochistan in search of better job opportunities, but are being brutally murdered by terrorists.”
CJP takes suo motu notice of killing of six labourers
The protesters demanded of the government to bust the terrorist network involved in the killing of innocent labourers.
The protesters also condemned the coal mines’ incidents on Saturday night in which 23 coal miners were killed.
“Balochistan has a high ratio of coal-mine accidents in which hundreds of poor workers are killed, yet the government has failed to put in place safety measures,” said the protesters, demanding strict action against people showing inefficiency in this regard.
