LAHORE: Former Law minister Babar Awan on Saturday met Pakistan Muslim League-Quaid (PML-Q) leaders to discuss the possible inclusion of PML-Q in the federal cabinet.

The former law minister visited Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain and Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi at their residence in Lahore and gave them President Asif Ali Zardari's special message. Both sides have shown a lot of flexibility on the possible means of including PML-Q in the federal cabinet.

Earlier, in a bid to improve relations between the ruling PPP and PML-Q, Prime Minister Yousaf Raza Gilani confirmed his attendance at the reception ceremony of Chaudhry Shujaat's son. Gilani has also reached Lahore to attend the event.
