ISLAMABAD:

The Capital Development Authority (CDA) conducted balloting for 38 plots on Monday. The plots balloted were for deleted plots in Sector C-15.

The balloting was conducted in the presence of allottees at the Jinnah Convention Centre.

Of these 38 balloted plots, only three were corner plots. Separate balloting was conducted for the corner and non-corner plots.

Sector C-15 is located at the foothills of the Margalla Hills. Due revision of layout plans by CDA’s Planning Wing, 38 plots had been deleted. The authority decided to allot alternate plots in lieu of these plots in the same sector.

The balloting was conducted under the supervision of a committee headed by CDA Member Estate Khushhal Khan and comprising Land director general, Finance director general, Estate deputy director general, Land director, Urban Planning director and Estate Affectees’ assistant director. Land and Revenue deputy director were the secretary of the committee.
