MULTAN: Young Doctors Association lodged a protest demonstration against privatisation of Multan Kidney Centre on Sunday. As per details, protesters shouted slogans against privatisation of Kidney Centre. They also boycotted OPD and also did not allowed senior doctors to enter the ward for treatment of patients. Members of the civil society, nurses and paramedics also joined the protest. Protesters condemned the privatisation of Kidney Centre and threatened to thwart every effort by the government in this regard.
