Results are out: Only 47% of students appearing in BISE exams ‘successful’

MIRPUR: Azad Jammu and Kashmir Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) Mirpur on Friday announced the results of first year of intermediate exams.

According to the official gazette issued by the AJK BISE, a total of 33,048 candidates appeared in the examination out of which around 15,646 students were declared successful, a pass percentage of 47.34 per cent.

Declaring the results , AJK BISE Controller Examinations, Chaudhry Muhammad Aslam, said that the results of regular candidates have been dispatched to the heads of their respective educational institutions while those of private candidates will be sent through registered mail to their respective addresses.

The results are also available on the website of the AJK BISE -www.ajkbise.net while candidates can also check their result with detailed marks on their phones by sending an SMS, writing thier AJK, Roll No, and sending it to 5050.
