Some trends make for a well-rounded approach to fashion, stressing on individuality. Gone are the days when specs were considered a boring choice for those with weak eyesight. Haute couture has integrated the understated accessory with highbrow fashion. Anushka Sharma, Deepika Padukone and Kalki Koechlin tastefully embrace the geek and chic in them.

Rocking black-framed glasses with a ribbed black tank top and floral and flared trousers, the PK cutie left us wanting to visit the optician.

The Happy New Year stunner gave us the look of the year by donning sleek cat-eye specs with a chromatic black-and-white dress. Radiating more elegance than flashiness, the star did justice to the ill-fitting number. Bollywood’s beloved Piku added colour through a bright pout and made the minimal-appeal style a show-stopping wonder.

Our day took an incredible start when the Happy Ending actor glammed up in heavily-sequined noir skinny pants and a simple crop top along with flattering specs only adding to her oomph. With her muted pale-pink lip that complemented her naturally flawless and flushed complexion, we approve of this blackout.
