Kasur Scandal: 13 suspects sent on judicial remand

Counsel for the complainant told the court they had sexually abused and blackmailed some children

LAHORE: An anti-terrorism court on Tuesday sent 13 people on a 14-day judicial remand for their alleged role in the Kasur child abuse scandal. The suspects, including Amir, Akhtar, Sherazi and Yahya, were produced before the court under tight security. They told the judge they had been wrongfully implicated in the case. Counsel for the complainant told the court they had sexually abused and blackmailed some children.
