On Thursday, PM's advisor on national security and foreign affairs Sartaz Aziz confirmed he will participate in the talks.
As Pakistan is expected to question the lethargy in investigating the killing of its citizens in Samjhauta Express blasts in 2007, India would raise the issue of attack in Gurdaspur on July 27, which it claimed was perpetrated by the former.
