Pervaiz rashid says: ‘Forming govt repeatedly a democratic process’

Same parties forming governments a number of times reflects the confidence people have on them, says Rashid

ISLAMABAD:

Minister for Information and Broadcasting Pervaiz Rashid said coming into power of political parties again and again through votes of people was part of the democratic system. 

Talking to a news channel on Tuesday, he said different political parties across the country form governments a number of times which was reflective of the confidence the masses have on those parties.

While replying to a question regarding the inquiry commission probing rigging allegations in the 2013 general elections, the minister stated that the matter is sub judice so it would not be appropriate to comment on it.
