LAHORE: Justice Ibadur Rehman Lodhi of Lahore High Court (LHC) ordered Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif on Friday to appear before the court on May 14 over non-payment for land acquired for Nazria Pakistan Trust. The court summoned Sharif, the trust chairman, on a petition moved by the Institute of Islamic Culture in 2009. The petition said the chief minister had not paid for 2.5 kanal acquired for the trust. The revenue additional secretary told the court told the land had been acquired by the Board of Revenue. The court summoned the chief minister and Board of Revenue Member Akhlaq Tarar on May 14.
