Murder: Man sentenced to death

Khalil Ahmed was awarded death sentence under Section 302

An additional district and sessions judge on Tuesday awarded death sentence to a man and life imprisonment to two others for killing a man. Khalil Ahmed was awarded death sentence under Section 302 (murder) of the Pakistan Penal Code (PPC). Rasheed and Habib were awarded life imprisonment under Section 302 of the PPC. They had killed Mithay Khan in 2008.
