“Tell me one name, one name [of a child] that you tell me that he has died because of hunger,” Sindh Chief Minister Qaim Ali Shah said in the Sindh Assembly. Hundreds of children have died of acute malnutrition in the desert region of Tharparker this year. Many have accused Shah's PPP government of mismanagement and negligence, accusations that the PPP has denied.
