Soaring high: ‘Defence Skyline’ project launched

KARACHI:

With a promise of luxury at affordable prices, new residential project 'Defence Skyline' drew the attention of many families at its inaugural ceremony held on Sunday.

The project, located on Shaheed-e-Millat Expressway at the junction of Defence Housing Authority and Korangi Industrial Area, showcases thematically designed two- and three-bedroom apartments which are the ultimate combination of sophistication, elegance and modernity.

"The very affordable three-bedroom apartments cover an area of 1,769 square feet and the two-bedroom apartments measure 1,179 square feet," said Muhammad Faisal, the project director who is associated with Abdul Razzak Associates Private Limited. "When we say affordable, we mean affordable considering the location, quality of construction and benefits offered."

The project director said that the first three floors were designated as the parking area in the project plan, providing immense ease to the residents.

The security and surveillance, which is a major concern in the metropolis, will be provided by ex-servicemen.

Following the project's soft launch by way of advertisements on Friday, almost all two-bedroom apartments had been booked while over 50 per cent of the three-bedroom apartments had also been reserved, added Faisal.

Construction at the project is all set to start in two months while it is expected to be ready for residential purposes in no more than three years.

@Luciferous It depends on the builder. I have booked many Apts and Bangalows in Pakistan and Alhamdulilah I am quite satisfied with them.
