Matters of politics and national security were reportedly discussed in the meeting. However, complete details of the meeting are yet to be revealed.
During the meeting, Nisar also reportedly expressed concern over the reinstatement of Fayyaz Leghari as the Inspector General of Sindh Police.
On Monday, the interior minister dispelled reports of rifts between ruling party leaders and said that the focus and objective of his earlier meeting with prime minister and Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif in Raiwind on July 5 was political and national matters.
During the meeting, the prime minister assured Nisar that all grievances and issues would be resolved. “Party matters should be resolved within the party,” the premier had said.
The interior minister had told the premier that he has no personal grievances with him and that under all circumstances they should work for the government and party interest.

In PMLN its only Sharif family that is constant, everyone else variable and replaceable.
If I was in the interior minister stuation, I would resign and not associate myself with the decisions of the Pr ime Minister, who sooner than later will be challeged by law to answer the displacements of civilian citizens, endangering the structure of whatever is left over of Pakistan by army prior adventures.

@Jibran brother the big game is about to begin after ramadan. Qadri and imran would like to mobilize their supporter right after ramadan. Nisar wasnt handling matters from many days. Nathus and Pathus have been handling important security matters. Now Nisar has taken charge and more difficult time is ahead. lets he does the best.
Shareefs very effectively marginalized Ch. Nisar. First letting him stay quiet when they started NWA operation, then Qadri saga and then even taking on PTI and most importanly by floating the idea of imposition of 245 and deploying military in major cities. Once Ch. Nisar found out that ruthless Shareefs with overwhelming majority both at center and Punjab could sideline him, he came back in the power corridors. It appears grievences still exist, and shrud and outspoken Ch. Nisar once again going to wait for the right time. Marks my word - if PTI/PAT rallies succeeded, Ch. Nisar will resign from PMLN.
Let him meet, why make news so Important, he is no more Important person for PMLN,
On TV the body language of both PM and Ch Nisar looked very negative and angry
The interior minister must be a fool not to know that he has no more function since the security within the country has been give by the Prime Minter Sharif to military chief Sharif!

Out of the hibernation when all important matters already settled. And then he complains about not taking his advice seriously. He has proven himself to be on the wrong side on all major issues.
Desperate times require desperate measures which the republic is witnessing now.
