I hope media focuses not just on the current crisis in Thar but also on larger national issues of water management.

WAH: It is common knowledge that poor governance has characterised the Pakistan Peoples Party’s rule at the federal level and in Sindh for years. What is happening in Tharparkar now is symptomatic of that. I hope that media focuses not just on the current crisis in Thar but also on larger national issues of water management, storage and irrigation infrastructure.
