Taxi driver murder: ATC issues show-cause notice to IO
ATC-I issued notice to officer and directed him to appear before the court and produce the witnesses on February 12.
KARACHI:
The ATC issued a show-cause notice on Tuesday to the investigation officer of the taxi driver murder case for failing to produce witnesses for recording their testimonies.
Lance Naiks, Ghulam Rasool and Barkat Ali, and sepoys, Waqar Ahmed and Qadeer Abbas, of Sindh Pakistan Rangers were arrested for their alleged killing of Murid Abbas.
The ATC-I issued notice to officer and directed him to appear before the court and produce the witnesses on February 12 (today).
