We must contribte but who can ensure the fair spending of that amount. We have a thinking that to contribute can make our rulers to spend more on them. But this is one side of the story. The other being more important is to contribute generously and ensure it spending through personal means or some reliable sources like Pak Army or other social and humanistic groups. We must not lose hope beacuse it may lead us to dispair and bad name in the books of world and Eyes of Allah.
