Creative outlets: MQM MPA caught doodling during Sindh Assembly session

The Sindh Assembly had convened to discuss budgetary concerns faced by the province.

KARACHI: Misdemeanor was reported by various members present in the Sindh Assembly session on Tuesday which had convened to discuss budgetary concerns faced by the province, Express News reported.

Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) MPA Irum Farooque was seen sketching during the session, while some of the members were reported to be distracted with their phones and laptops.

Members present in the Sindh Assembly were discussing budgetary concerns at the time Farooque was caught doodling.

The unaware MPA continued with her doodling for several minutes, despite the attention it had raised from members present.

Other MPAs could be seen talking amongst themselves or using their phones, reported Express News.


Earlier, a war of words had broken out between PPP MPA Sharmila Faruqi and PML-F's Nusrat Sehar Abbasi over the tax imposed on beauty parlours.
