Actor Henry Cavill, who will be seen playing the iconic crime-fighter Superman in the upcoming movie Man of Steel, says that he approached Thor star Chris Hemsworth for some tips on becoming a successful superhero.
“I did briefly speak to Chris Hemsworth at Comic Con. I just walked up to him and said, ‘Mate! I wanted to say hi, my name is Henry. I’m playing Superman, so what’s it like?’” said the 30-year-old actor, according to the Hindustan Times.
“He replied saying, ‘Don’t worry about it. The fans are a lot more supportive than you think. They’re behind you the whole way, so just enjoy it’,” said Henry, adding that Hemsworth is a “really nice bloke.”
Man of Steel, directed by Zack Snyder and produced by Christopher Nolan, has lately been in the news for already reaping $170 million as a result of its promotional partners and brands such as Nokia and Warby Parker. The film also stars Amy Adams as Superman’s love interest and Russell Crowe. It is set to release on June 14.
