Shahbaz Sharif officially nominated for CM Punjab

Shahbaz Sharif thanks the parliamentary committee for their faith in him.

LAHORE: The parliamentary committee of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) formally nominated Shahbaz Sharif for the position of chief minister Punjab, reported Express News on Monday.

While addressing the PML-N meeting, Shahbaz Sharif said, “I sincerely thank you for nominating me and giving me another chance to serve. I will learn from my mistakes and together we will make Punjab an example on our map.”

Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) on Sunday nominated the incumbent Rana Muhammad Iqbal Khan for speaker while a young party member from south Punjab, Sardar Sher Ali Gorchani, has been nominated for deputy speaker.
