Do, See, Watch: Everything that is doing the rounds these days!

Ms.T’s recommendations for everything that is doing the rounds. Make sure you give each a shot to stay in the loop!

Do: Summer Spruce-up

Take advantage of this season’s fruit offerings to get your eating habits back on track and give yourself a health boost. From juicy watermelons, to power-packed cherries, delicious mangoes and apricots, this season gives you the healthiest and yummiest snack options. Make summery salads for lunch and add fruit liberally to your breakfast cereal. One tip though, rather than drinking in juices and shakes, eat the fruit raw and with the skin when possible for maximum nutritional benefits. Supplement your healthy eating by picking a fun outdoor activity such as walking or cycling. Of course, be careful about the soaring temperatures and pick the cooler morning or evening hours to exercise. Avoid being out in the sun from 12 to 2 pm when its glare is the harshest and make sure you invest in a good-quality sun-screen regime.

All you Ranbir Kapoor fans out there, May 31st just passed, which means our favourite hero reunites with his ex-flame Deepika Padukone for the first time on the screen since 2008’s Bachna Ae Haseeno! With an upbeat storyline, stellar cast and a dynamic soundtrack that has been doing the rounds on all music channels for a long time, Yeh Jawani Hai Deewani promises to be one of the biggest Bollywood releases of the year. So ladies, we think it is high time you tickets for your date with the handsome RK because this movie is sure to be sold out quickly!
