Upcoming polls: Young voters’ participation lauded

Young voters are likely to be key determinants in the upcoming general elections. This was stated by SDPI Deputy Executive Director Vaqar Ahmed at the launch of a survey on youth role in politics, said a press release.


Titled “Youth Voices on Political Economy 2013”, the survey report was launched on Tuesday. The survey was conducted by “Youth Economic Forum” to bring forward the perspective of Pakistani youth on economic issues, policies and upcoming elections. Approximately 1,200 students participated from Punjab, K-P, Sindh, Balochistan and G-B.
