A blast at Sohrab Goth left two dead and two wounded, including an SHO, Express News reported.
The blast occurred near the Indus Plaza in the Sohrab Goth area of Karachi.
Police said that the blast occurred in a drug den and one of the victims has been identified as the owner of the den.
Police have cordoned off the area.
Earlier this month, an attack on a police checkpost in the area had wounded a police officer.
