The employees demanded that a Supreme Court judge should inquire into the death of Faisal, who was investigating the Rental Power Projects case involving Prime Minister Raja Pervaiz Ashraf. Faisal’s post mortem report had declared the death a suicide but his family refused to accept the report, insisting it was murder.
NAB employees called for the NAB chairman to nominate an officer who would file an FIR against Faisal’s death and would get the case investigated.
The second demand called for the NAB chairman to implement the Supreme Court June 15 orders in the RPPs case.
The employees also demanded that Faisal be awarded the Sitara-e-Imtiaz and his family should be given Rs20 million in compensation.
The NAB chairman was also requested to immediately fire all temporary employees to ensure transparent and independent investigation into the case. The officers condemned the alleged media campaign against the Supreme Court claiming that it makes the employees think that they are above the law and the apex court can be pressurised.
Lastly, the NAB employees demanded security for all officers and said that they should be given a uniform and permission to carry weapons for their protection.

@Saeed: I wish you would talk like that when there is corruption case against a high ranking military officer.
Facetious comments should be expunged by the moderator to prevent this serious discussion from degenerating into a farce, by people planted by vested interests. The demands made by the employees raise serious concerns. This is murder and involves theft of millions belonging to the people of Pakistan, usurped by greedy and corrupt rulers. These people will stoop to any level to protect their ill gotten wealth. Wealth that belongs to the people of Pakistan. The CJ should take immediate action as should the other responsible agencies. The family of Faisal should be given justice.
NAB is chaired by a retired naval chief Admiral FB. All the NAB investigators are like cops, FBI, CID or ISI agents and not boy scouts. They all have made lot of money and are still making it. All of a sudden they do not trust their Chairman and the SC judge who was good enough to choose for Abbottabad Commission Report. The idea of giving the names of judges of their own choice shows their lack of respect against the SC and its judges not just their boss. Kamran F was treated by a Psychologist Dr. Najma at Poly Clinic and that truth must come out. If the room was locked from inside and there was no sign of break-in then the case is simple. Pakistani cricket coach, Air Marshall’s son Omar and several others have committed suicide when under pressure. May be somebody had evidence against KF and was blackmailing KF and he could not deal with the pressure.
@jbran , imran and @yes we , how stupid you are !
If you people had been honest from day-1 this would not have happened. Pleaze think abt it.
Since NAB is doing a great job, they should all be nominated for Noble prize in anti-corruption (create one if there isn't one already)
I endose a pay increase of 200 million for every NAB employee in addition to 3 villas, 20 body guards and 2 bullet proof cars for each.
YES
I endorse Saleem, Aftab Nabi and Mirza.
Guns for NAB employees? For what reasons? This dude wasn't shot, or manhandled. He committed a suicide. How a gun can prevent that from happening?
@Mirza: On top of that I suggest three additional demands: (1) Promote the ringleader of the NAB employees on strike to the Chairman NAB position; (2) Increase the monthly remuneration of each employee by at least 1 million; (3) Each employee be given a bullet proof car.
Are these demands from NAB officials or District Bar Association??
If the NAB employee didnt demand tht...than it means he is as unsafe as the other emplayees......
I endorse Saleem and Aftab Nabi.
I endorse @ Saleem.
Fasih Bukhari's name should be put on ECL. A thorough probe into the affairs of this person
is immediately needed before he becomes another Tauqir Sadiq.
I think they should demand the dismissal and arrest of chairman nab for incompetence and corruption.
