
The exhibition includes a Kufic manuscript written on deer skin from the 1st century Hijra and features calligraphy from the Mughal and British era. Some Quranic manuscripts are also on display.
The artists featured include Mir Ali Tibrezi, Mazhar al-Husaini, Ahmad bin Muhammad Tibrezi, Ahmad bin Masoom Ali, Faqir Abd-al Jabbar, Muhammad bin Othman and Abd al-Rasheed Dehlavi. The show will remain open till December 19. This will be followed by a three-day conference and six-day workshop on calligraphy.
