“Arsalan will get the same justice that common people receive. Don’t make him a VIP, he’s a don,” Riaz said while speaking to the media after appearing before the Suddle commission tasked to probe the Arsalan-Riaz saga.
Riaz reaffirmed that he does not have faith in the one-man commission, as Shoaib Suddle had family relations with Arsalan. “I want to request the Supreme Court to treat everyone equally,” he said while referring to other cases in which the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) and National Accountability Bureau (NAB) were tasked to probe, while his case was handed to the “5-star” Suddle commission.
“There’s a deal going on as well for the extension in Suddle’s job so no one can challenge his decisions,” he added.
Riaz’s counsel Zahid Bukhari told the media that he has submitted a written complain to the commission regarding its eligibility. “We have maintained that the constitution of the commission was unlawful and we have challenged it too in the Supreme Court in form of a review, but the review is still pending.”
He said that all notices sent by the commission to his client were ignored as they do not believe that the commission can investigate independently.
“On October 5, the life of the commission ended and it died. The Supreme Court revived it on November 6, so all investigations that the commission carried out within this time period is unlawful,” Bukhari maintained calling any commission a “temporary institution”.

CJ should set an example by appointing an impartial commission including some Scotland Yard investigators. Supreme Court is the only honourable and respected institution which must be saved from controversies.
well it seems that his dobt is true up to some extent because till yet he did't get any compensation on any claim made agaianst arslan while arslan's doubts have already been addressed in a quick maaner, there is some truth in malik riaz's statement against him and his doubt could be investigated in SC want to solve this case on merit. Arslan's involvement in this case as chief justice's son is a big issue and that could be doubted or biased at any stage iof investigation or influenced by any one. Malik Riaz's dopubts should not be ignored at all but investigation must be carried out to clarify them.
What a nation! did anyone answer what cj's family was doing in London with his son without knowing where the millions came from? Plus, who gets to pocket those 400 million rupees or has the CJ ordered his son to return it? His son is still seen in ISB in his 7-series - what a country!

Whenever the CJ takes a stance against Establishment (Military + ISI), there is severe mud-slinging, be that when "Missing persons case" raised in February/March 2007 & in May 2012 or even when the hearing of Establishment (Military + ISI)'s excesses in Oct/November 2012 concludes!!! CJ has always been braving these conspiracy traps, and will repel all of them InshaAllah.

I don't know arsalan.if he is guity kill him i,ve no problem but malik riaz is a land grabber and yet getting coverage in media. Both arsalan and M. Riaz don't deserve media coverage. For us as a nation morality and honesty doesn't matter? Pakistan need japanese mothers who should give us honest generation. Arsalan is a don and you mr. riaz?
The CJ should have resigned much earlier. The case is dragging. It shows that the Judiciary not interested in the Truth. No Moral grounds to stay on. No one is Indespensible.

The Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Pakistan, does not give up a chance to dictate terms to the other members of the Troika Establishment. If the President is under suspicion and investigation, the former head of the government is a proclaimed offender,the reinstated Chief Justice is burdened by the hidden economic powers of the Armed Forces business "managed" by his son.This is not a closed power circuit but the known Pakistani Establishment. These openly tainted troika have to get the co-operation of all divided elements of other Pakistani Federal population of different identities including Balochistan territories. A "Don" implies some kind of mafia culture prevailing around here, a don just does not fall from sky, he has a family behind it and a family head.
