PESHAWAR:

Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) is all set for what it has called the 'final round' for the release of its founder Imran Khan. The party has prepared its plan for the November 24 protest and march on the federal capital.

Convoys from Peshawar will gather at the Peshawar Interchange, joined by convoys from Khyber, Charsadda, Nowshera, and Mardan along the way. All groups will assemble at the Swabi Rest Area, from where they will depart under the leadership of the K-P Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur. PTI Peshawar Region President Arbab Asim stated that preparations for the protest are complete and the workers are ready.

He expressed confidence in the success of the protest, expecting a large turnout. "A container has been prepared for the protest, and the participants will reach Islamabad at all costs."

Efforts are being made to gather at the Peshawar Interchange by 10am and to leave the provincial capital promptly. Convoys from Dera Ismail Khan and southern districts will join the main convoy at the Hakla Interchange on the motorway.

Similarly, Hazara Division convoys, led by Omar Ayub, will join from the Hazara Interchange, while Malakand Division convoys will also merge with the central group via the motorway.

The protest leadership will be spearheaded by CM Ali Amin Gandapur. Convoys from Peshawar will depart from the Peshawar Interchange at 10am. MPAs and MNAs will oversee and lead their respective groups.

Due to the cold weather, the departure is planned for 10am. All groups will assemble at the Swabi Rest Area, where the Chief Minister will join and lead the convoy. The participants are determined to reach Islamabad under any circumstances. The exact location of the assembly in Islamabad remains confidential for now.

Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister's Adviser on Information and Public Relations Barrister Dr Saif confirmed that preparations were underway in all constituencies for the protest and march on November 24.

"Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur has directed all elected representatives to intensify their campaigns in their respective constituencies<" he said. "To prepare for November 24, rallies and corner meetings are being organised in all constituencies." Dr Saif stated

He said thousands of people, led by elected representatives from each constituency, would join caravans that will converge on the motorway and proceed to Islamabad under the Gandapur's leadership.

Dr Saif warned the federal government to refrain from "fascist tactics, or face the consequences". He emphasised that November 24 will be a day of supremacy for the Constitution and law in the country.

The adviser expressed confidence that the people of Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa would participate in large numbers, ensuring the success of the protest.

On Sunday, the party started gearing up for the big showdown in the federal capital on November 24 after a call from incarcerated party founder Imran Khan, with senior party leaders giving final touches to an effective strategy.

According to an Express News report, the PTI has decided to forcefully enter the federal capital from all sides coming Sunday. The party founder said in a social media message that participation in the protest would determine who would stay in the party.

In this regard, Bushra Bibi, wife of the PTI founder, who is currently residing in the Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa (K-P) Chief Minister House, has been active in the preparations. On Sunday, she met with youth leaders and members of the Insaf Students Federation (ISF) to convey Imran's message.
