Shipping association: New chairman, vice chairman elected

APSA elected Aasim A Siddiqui as chairman for 2012-13 in its annual general meeting.

KARACHI: The All Pakistan Shipping Association (APSA) elected Aasim A Siddiqui as chairman for 2012-13 in its annual general meeting held recently, said a statement on Monday. Siddiqui is a director at the Pakistan International Container Terminal. Besides 10 new members of the executive committee, APSA elected Cyrus R Khursigarar of the Qasim International Container Terminal as vice chairman of the body. All officials were elected unopposed.
