NIT and Whay Kings XI played out a thrilling Twenty20 match at the UBL Sports Complex in Karachi that ended in a tie. Opting to bat first, Kings set a target of 167, helped by an impressive ton by Arshad who scored 111. Atif Khan bagged two wickets. In reply, NIT batsmen piled on the runs to take the match to the last over before ending with scores level. Matiuddin scored an unbeaten 45, while Ataur Rehman hit 22 vital runs towards the end of the innings.
