PESHAWAR:

The Peshawar High Court (PHC) has ordered the withdrawal of all security guards deputed for Russian national Christina Petrochinkova’s security upon her request.

Petrochinkova, who appeared before PHC Chief Justice (CJ) Dost Muhammad Khan, requested that she had been facilitated by a non-profitable organisation and maintained she was satisfied and did not need more security. However, she requested the court to provide her security if she requires it in future.

“If she (Petrochinkova) feels insecure, she can directly approach the Capital City Police Officer Peshawar or the SHO for provision of security,” CJ Khan ordered.  Christina Petrochinkova, married Charsadda resident Ikramullah in Thailand in 2005.  However, after some disputes, the couple decided to divorce.
