A total of 764 FDE teachers were promoted here on Wednesday. CADD spokesman said 391 of the teachers are from federal government colleges and 373 from federal government schools.
In colleges, a total of 138 teachers have been promoted from grade 17 to 18 while 166 have been promoted from grade 18 to 19. Another 84 were promoted from grade 19 to 20, while one woman and two men were promoted from grade 20 to 21.
Tahir added that 155 schoolteachers have been promoted from grade-17 to 18, 152 from grade-18 to 19, 62 from grade-19 to 20 and four women from grade 20 to 21.
