New postings: Transfer of judges

LAHORE: The Lahore High Court (LHC) on Wednesday placed the services of a district and sessions judge (D&SJ) at the disposal of the federal government for further posting. According to a notification by the Lahore High Court Registrar, Bahawalpur Labour Court-VIII D&SJ/Presiding Officer Javed Akhtar has been placed at the disposal of the federal government for his posting as Multan Banking Court-II judge. Meanwhile, the LHC issued transfer and posting orders of two civil judges, Hamid Mahmood from Pindi Bhattian to Attock and Sajida Ahmad from Attock to Lahore.
