Wonder, how come the HRCP never publicly expresses it's concern and condemns, such acts of terrorism being committed against innocent citizens and security personnel,by the lethally armed unknown militants in Balochistan...For instance, yesterday 8 innocent people got killed at a Dhobi shop, sprayed with bullets by men on M/Cycle. Are these not human's being killed for no fault of theirs ?
