Legendary ghazal maestro Mehdi Hasan was admitted into the intensive care unit (ICU) of the Aga Khan Hospital on Tuesday.
Arif Mehdi, the musician’s son, said that doctors were hopeful that Hasan would be shifted to a private room once he successfully underwent a blood transfusion.
