Benazir murder report: Rehman Malik to brief Sindh Assembly today

Ayaz Soomro says house adopted resolution demanding the federal government to make the report public.

Federal Interior Minister Rehman Malik will brief the Sindh Assembly today (Saturday) on the findings of the investigation into the murder of former prime minister Benazir Bhutto.


Briefing the media in front of the Sindh Assembly, Ayaz Soomro, the minister for law and parliamentary affairs, said that the house had adopted a resolution a few days ago demanding the federal government make public the report of an investigation team formed by the federal government on the assassination of their leader.

Soomro said that Malik would be seated at the spot reserved for Makhdoom Jameeluz Zaman, minister for inter-provincial coordination.
