KARACHI: Police in Karachi killed two kidnappers and recovered a hostage. The hostage, Ameer Ali, had been abducted from Tariq road and taken to the Sohrab Goth area.
Assistant Chief CPLC, Najeeb Dana Wala, told the media that the abductors demanded Rs 2.5 million as ransom. Police traced the location and raided the kidnappers' hideout.
Two of the criminals were killed during the shootout, and the hostage was injured. One wounded kidnapper managed to escape.
