Celine Dion was spotted enjoying Metallica’s Las Vegas concert, dancing and playing air guitar while watching the band perform at the Sphere with her two sons.

The Grammy-winning singer, 58, attended the show on Thursday, alongside Eddy and Nelson Angélil, her sons with late husband René Angélil.

Photographs from the evening showed Dion watching from an upper balcony suite, dressed in a dark blazer with her hair styled in an updo.

The singer was photographed mimicking guitar playing, pumping her fists and raising both hands above her head as she moved to the music. She was also seen singing along to the band's songs.

Metallica's autumn residency, titled Life Burns Faster, began on October 1 and is scheduled to conclude on November 7.

Dion is not the first celebrity to be spotted enjoying the band's performances, with radio host Howard Stern also attending a Metallica show in the Hamptons in September 2025.

Dion has previously held two Las Vegas residencies at Caesars Palace's Colosseum, spanning 2003 to 2019.

More recently, she returned to full-length live performances with a 26-show residency in Paris, whose first run took place between September 12 and October 17. A second leg is scheduled to begin in May 2027.

Her return to the stage comes as she continues to live with stiff person syndrome, a rare and progressive neurological disorder. Dion announced her diagnosis in December 2022 and has spoken publicly about her determination to perform again.

In an Instagram post in March 2024, she wrote, “Trying to overcome this autoimmune disorder has been one of the hardest experiences of my life, but I remain determined to one day get back onto the stage and to live as normal of a life as possible.”

She also offered encouragement to others affected by the condition, adding, “I want you to know you can do it! We can do it!”
