Madison Beer reveals Justin Herbert proposed on their anniversary as she shares details about their engagement ring

Madison Beer has opened up about her engagement to NFL quarterback Justin Herbert, revealing that his proposal took place on a significant date in their relationship.

The “Bittersweet” singer, 27, and the Los Angeles Chargers quarterback, 28, announced their engagement on July 28. During a recent Twitch livestream, Beer revealed that Herbert proposed two days earlier, on July 26, which marked the couple’s one-year anniversary of making their relationship official.

Beer described the engagement as “magical” and said she feels “really lucky” to be marrying Herbert. She also shared that the proposal brought back memories of the day Herbert asked her to become his girlfriend.

The singer also discussed her engagement ring, describing it as an antique elongated cushion-cut design. Wedding jewellery experts and designers previously estimated that the ring could be worth more than $1 million, although other estimates placed its value between $500,000 and $640,000.

Beer said she particularly loves the ring because of its antique design.

Herbert has also spoken publicly about the engagement. During Chargers training camp, he described the relationship as something he had always dreamed about and said Beer had changed his life.

“It’s so awesome to find your person and to be able to spend your life with them,” Herbert said.

Beer and Herbert had been together before officially defining their relationship, according to the singer. Their engagement announcement featured photos and clips from the outdoor proposal.

The couple’s engagement has since drawn attention from fans, with Beer continuing to share details about the proposal and her engagement ring.
