Cardi B and Offset reunited to celebrate their children Wave and Blossom’s birthdays at joint party

Cardi B and Offset put their differences aside to celebrate the birthdays of their children, Wave and Blossom, together over the weekend.

The former couple both shared Instagram Stories from the joint birthday celebration. Wave turned five on September 4, while Blossom turns two on Monday.

The party featured a Disney and Sonic the Hedgehog theme, with balloon arches, a ball pit, carnival games, snacks and large trays of food.

Cardi also shared a video of the couple’s eldest daughter, eight-year-old Kulture, walking along a runway and posing to Katseye’s Gnarly.

Cardi B and Offset married in September 2017 and had a relationship that included multiple separations and reconciliations. Cardi previously described their relationship as involving "a lot of drama".

Cardi filed for divorce for the second time in 2024 amid cheating rumours. Their separation subsequently became contentious, with Cardi accusing Offset of being an absent father in a post on X in June 2025. She claimed at the time that he had "seen Blossom only like five times".

Offset addressed their family situation in September 2025, telling TMZ that he "just want all peace" for their family. "We got kids to take care of," he added.

Cardi later discussed how she felt following their split during an appearance on the Aspire With Emma Grede podcast in March. She said she felt "reborn" after the relationship ended.

"I feel like last year a new person was reborn," she said. "I don't know if it was the divorce. I don't know if something woke me up. I feel like I'm definitely a new person."
