Katy Perry appeared to take a playful swipe at several of her former partners during a concert in Spain, choosing to answer a symbolic call from current boyfriend Justin Trudeau instead.

The pop star was headlining the O Son do Camiño festival in Santiago de Compostela on June 19, 2026, when a giant iPhone prop appeared on stage during her performance of Never Really Over. According to Page Six, the screen displayed incoming calls from a number of Perry’s exes, including initials believed to represent Orlando Bloom, John Mayer and Russell Brand, as well as Diplo.

Perry ignored each of the calls, declining “OB”, “JM” and “RB”, before eventually answering one from “JPJT”, seemingly standing for Justin Pierre James Trudeau, the former Canadian prime minister and her current boyfriend. The moment, captured in videos shared online, prompted fans to interpret the stunt as a cheeky nod to her past relationships.

The Firework singer and Bloom first began dating in 2016 before briefly splitting in 2017. They reconciled the following year and became engaged on Valentine’s Day in 2019. The former couple welcomed daughter Daisy Dove in August 2020 before ending their relationship in June 2025 after nearly a decade together. Despite the split, they have remained committed to co-parenting their five-year-old daughter.

Perry was previously married to Russell Brand from 2010 to 2012 and had an on-again, off-again romance with John Mayer between 2012 and 2015. DJ Diplo later confirmed that he and Perry had briefly dated.

Since her breakup with Bloom, Perry has moved on with Trudeau. The pair first sparked romance rumours in July 2025 and made their red carpet debut earlier this month at the Tribeca Festival. Perry has since described the former Canadian prime minister as “the love of my life” and recently said she feels more grounded in her personal life.

The singer’s latest concert stunt offered fans a humorous take on her romantic history while making it clear who she is picking up the phone for these days.
