The Ambassador of Iran to Pakistan, Reza Amiri Moghadam, on Sunday criticised the United States behaviour as aggressive, saying talks hinged on Washington’s sincerity to resolve the issue.

In an interview with the Islamic Republic News Agency (IRNA), Moghadam said that Tehran had presented a comprehensive plan aimed at ending US-Israeli aggression. He also “underlined that progress hinged on the US’s sincerity and willingness to resolve issues through genuine diplomatic efforts.”

According to the news agency, Moghadam confirmed that Iran had shared its latest proposal with Pakistan, which was then conveyed to the US. Noting Pakistan’s role in the mediation process, the ambassador “expressed appreciation for its efforts in facilitating dialogue,” IRNA said.
