Lorna Hajdini denies allegations, says she has 'never even been to the location' in JPMorgan lawsuit
Hajdini emphasised that she had no involvement in any misconduct and disputed key details in the complaint

Lorna Hajdini has strongly denied all allegations made against her in a high-profile lawsuit, saying she “never engaged in any inappropriate conduct” and had “never even been to the location” where the alleged incident was said to have taken place.
The case, filed by former JPMorgan employee Chirayu Rana under the pseudonym “John Doe,” accuses Hajdini of sexual harassment, coercion, and abuse during their time at JPMorgan Chase. However, Hajdini, through her lawyers, has categorically rejected the claims, calling them fabricated and baseless.
In her response, Hajdini emphasised that she had no involvement in any misconduct and disputed key details in the complaint, particularly the location of the alleged incidents.
The lawsuit itself includes serious allegations, with Rana claiming he was subjected to coercion, harassment, and abuse, including accusations that his career progression and compensation were tied to compliance with Hajdini’s demands. He also alleges incidents involving drugging and threats, though these claims remain unproven and are being contested.
JPMorgan Chase has also denied the allegations, stating that an internal investigation conducted by its HR team and legal department found no evidence to support the claims. According to the bank, the review included emails, phone records, and other internal data.
Additional reports suggest that Hajdini and Rana were not in a direct reporting relationship, which could challenge parts of the complaint that allege she had control over his bonuses or career advancement.
The case has drawn widespread attention due to the severity of the allegations and the high-profile nature of those involved. No trial date has been set so far, and the outcome will depend on how the legal proceedings unfold.
