Pete Davidson and Elsie Hewitt face relationship challenges after birth of daughter
Pete Davidson and Elsie Hewitt reportedly under relationship pressures while adjusting to life as new parents

Pete Davidson and Elsie Hewitt are reportedly experiencing challenges in their relationship following the birth of their daughter, as they adjust to the demands of parenthood.
The couple, who welcomed their daughter Scottie Rose on December 12, 2025, are said to be working through difficulties while maintaining a united front.
According to a source who spoke to PEOPLE, “There are issues, but they’re trying to figure things out together.”
The source added that the transition into parenthood has introduced added pressure, noting, “They’re adjusting to parenthood and working through the process.”
Despite the reported tensions, both Davidson and Hewitt are said to remain focused on their daughter, who sources describe as their “top priority”. The couple began dating in March 2025 and announced their pregnancy shortly afterwards.
Davidson has publicly spoken about his experience of becoming a father. In a March interview, he said, “Dad life is f*cking awesome,” while also acknowledging the challenges.
“It is exhausting and rewarding and cute. And I’m very lucky because Elsie is a fantastic mom, and I can’t stress enough how lucky I am,” he added.
He also noted that fatherhood has made him more protective, saying, “It’s funny. It’s like I didn’t understand this. You’re just ready to fight anyone.”
The couple have shared limited glimpses of their daughter on social media while keeping her identity private.
Hewitt recently marked a milestone, writing on Instagram, “My scottie girl is 12 weeks old today… after 23 hours of labour, that is the exact time she arrived. How crazy and cool is that?”
Davidson has also made personal changes, including selling a property to be closer to family, as he adjusts to his new role as a parent.
