Controversial streamer Clavicular is facing a lawsuit filed by influencer Aleksandra Vasilevna Mendoza, according to a report by TMZ, with allegations that have sparked widespread online discussion.

Court documents obtained by TMZ claim Mendoza has filed a civil case in Florida against Clavicular, whose legal name is Braden Eric Peters. The complaint includes allegations of battery, fraud, and emotional distress tied to interactions that reportedly began in 2025. Mendoza alleges she first met the streamer as a teenager, claiming he offered early career support and financial incentives connected to content creation.

The lawsuit further outlines a series of alleged encounters, including claims involving private meetings, livestream appearances, and medical-related procedures. Mendoza also accuses Clavicular of later damaging her professional reputation and business opportunities, as well as using her likeness without permission.

She is seeking damages exceeding $50,000, according to the filing. The claims have generated significant attention across social media platforms, where users are closely following developments in the case.

Clavicular has denied all allegations through his attorney, stating that the claims are unproven and will be addressed in court. His legal representative emphasised that he intends to “vigorously defend” himself and rejected the characterisation of events outlined in the complaint.

The lawsuit arrives amid heightened scrutiny of Clavicular’s online presence, following previous controversies and platform-related issues reported earlier this year.

As of now, the case remains ongoing, with no court ruling or settlement reached. Legal proceedings are expected to continue as both sides prepare further submissions.
