Jonas Brothers family restaurant shuts down Las Vegas location
Nellie’s Southern Kitchen, owned by the Jonas Brothers family, has officially closed its Las Vegas location

The Las Vegas location of Nellie’s Southern Kitchen, the Southern comfort restaurant owned by the parents of the Jonas Brothers, has officially closed its doors.
The restaurant, co-owned by Kevin Jonas Sr. and Denise Jonas, reportedly ended service at its MGM Grand location on the Las Vegas Strip this week after deciding not to renew its lease following nearly three years in operation.
A spokesperson for the restaurant said the decision was part of a “strategic” shift in focus as the lease approached expiration.
Nellie’s Southern Kitchen first opened in June 2022 during the Jonas Brothers’ Las Vegas residency and became known for its Southern-inspired menu and family connection to the famous band. The restaurant was named after Kevin Jonas Sr.’s late grandmother, Nellie.
The closure comes shortly after the Jonas Brothers wrapped up another Vegas residency titled Greetings from Las Vegas.
While the Las Vegas branch has now shut down, the restaurant’s original North Carolina location remains open. The Belmont, North Carolina restaurant is currently the only location listed on the business’s official website.
The news sparked reactions online from fans of both the restaurant and the Jonas family, many expressing disappointment over the sudden closure of the Strip location.
