Alex Cooper exposes Brianna LaPaglia messages as Alix Earle drama escalates
Alex Cooper shares DMs, denies ‘mean girl’ claims as Brianna LaPaglia and Alix Earle feud heats up online

Podcast host Alex Cooper has publicly addressed escalating online drama involving Brianna LaPaglia and Alix Earle, denying claims that she is a “mean girl” and sharing private messages to support her stance.
The controversy follows Cooper’s recent TikTok in which she accused Earle of creating “fake drama.” Days later, Cooper expanded on the situation via Instagram Stories, directly responding to LaPaglia, who had labeled her a “mean person” based on secondhand information.

In her posts, Cooper stated she had never met LaPaglia personally and claimed their only interaction occurred through direct messages. She then shared screenshots of those conversations, which appeared to show a cordial exchange between the two, contradicting the negative characterization.
Cooper also rejected speculation that the ongoing feud is a publicity stunt, writing that the situation is not orchestrated for attention. She further alleged that misinformation and “dog piling” online had fueled the narrative against her.
LaPaglia responded separately, maintaining that her opinion was shaped by what Earle had told her about past interactions with Cooper. The dispute appears to stem from longstanding tensions, including Earle’s departure from Cooper’s Unwell network in 2025.
The situation has gained traction across social media platforms, highlighting broader conversations about influencer conflicts, online narratives, and the role of private communications in public disputes.
As of now, representatives for Cooper, Earle, and LaPaglia have not issued formal statements beyond their social media responses.
