RM has suffered an ankle injury just ahead of BTS’ highly anticipated comeback concert, raising concern among fans worldwide.

The K-pop star was injured during rehearsals for the group’s major return performance, which will be streamed globally on Netflix. According to the group’s agency, he will need to limit his movements on stage.

In an official update, the agency confirmed that RM would still take part in the concert despite the injury. “He will participate in the performance while minimizing movement,” the statement said, emphasizing that his health remains the priority.

Medical professionals have advised the singer to restrict physical activity as he recovers, meaning his choreography during the show will be adjusted. Despite this, RM is expected to remain present for the milestone performance.

The concert marks BTS’ first major group performance in years following their hiatus for mandatory military service. The event, titled BTS The Comeback Live: Arirang, is set to be streamed globally, drawing massive anticipation from fans.

While the injury has slightly altered plans, the show will go on, with RM continuing to perform in a limited capacity as BTS begins a new chapter in their global comeback.
