Alexandra Daddario and Andrew Form separate after three years, will continue to co-parent son

Alexandra Daddario and Andrew Form have ended their marriage after more than three years together.
A representative for the 39-year-old actress confirmed the separation in a statement, saying: “Alexandra Daddario and Andrew Form have made the decision to end their marriage.”
“The decision was made with love and respect,” the statement continued. “They will continue to co-parent their child together and appreciate privacy as they navigate this transition.”
Daddario and film producer Form, 57, married in June 2022. The couple share a 15-month-old son, born in October 2024. Daddario is also stepmother to Form’s two children, Rowan, nine, and Julian, 12, from his previous marriage to Jordana Brewster.
Form is known for his work as a producer on the A Quiet Place films, The Purge series and several horror titles. Daddario made their relationship public in May 2021, sharing a photograph of the pair on Instagram. Their engagement was confirmed in December 2021, and they married in New Orleans six months later.
In July 2024, Daddario announced she was expecting their first child. At the time, she told Vogue she was “overjoyed” to be pregnant and revealed she had previously experienced a pregnancy loss.
“Well, I had been pregnant,” she said, adding, “I had loss.” “It’s long and complicated, so I don’t want to be too specific,” she continued. “Those kinds of losses and trauma are very hard to explain unless you’ve been through them.”
Following her son’s birth, Daddario described motherhood as “wonderful” in a February 2025 interview. “I'm very lucky,” she said. “He's a great baby.”
The couple have requested privacy as they move forward separately while continuing to co-parent their child.
