David Beckham shares photos of son Brooklyn after 2025 Instagram recap snub
Brooklyn was initially absent from David's highlight of moments from 2025 that he would “never forget”

David Beckham shared photographs of his eldest son, Brooklyn Peltz Beckham, on Instagram Stories on December 31, hours after fans noticed Brooklyn was absent from a separate post reflecting on his year.
The former footballer uploaded two images featuring Brooklyn roughly eight hours after publishing a 20-slide Instagram carousel highlighting what he described as moments from 2025 that he would “never forget”. That earlier post included family, professional milestones and personal celebrations, but did not feature Brooklyn.
“I love you all so much,” David wrote over a black and white photograph of himself with Brooklyn as a child. In a second Story, he shared an image of his wife Victoria Beckham with Brooklyn and their other children, Romeo, Cruz and Harper, taken shortly after their daughter’s birth. “You are my Life,” he wrote, followed by five white heart emojis.

He added a further message reading, “I love you all, Love Daddy x. On to 2026,” accompanied by a champagne glass emoji.
In his earlier post, David told his 88.5 million followers that he felt “very lucky to have had the year I've had in 2025”. The carousel included references to his 50th birthday celebrations, being knighted by King Charles, and winning the MLS as an owner.
The posts arrive amid ongoing reports of tension within the Beckham family. Cruz Beckham recently claimed that Brooklyn had blocked family members on Instagram, after fans noticed changes to their following lists..
The reported rift is said to date back to 2022, around the time of Brooklyn’s wedding to Nicola Peltz Beckham, although conflicting accounts about its cause have emerged.
